Commissioning a Portrait

In order to discuss and agree your portrait requirements, please use the contact page or contact me via social media links and I will be happy to confirm these with you prior to you paying a deposit.

Can I amend my order?

If you wish to amend your order once it has been submitted please email us at elaineemeryart@outlook.com and we will do our best to accommodate your request

How do I use my Discount Code?

Please make sure you type your code into the appropriate box when you check out, and click “Apply" to apply it to your order. Unfortunately, if it is not applied at this point, we cannot apply it to the same order later on, although you may be able to use it on a subsequent order

Do you deliver to PO Boxes and the BFPO?

Yes, we will happily deliver your order to a PO Box or to the British Forces Post Office
